Cancellation policy Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of my services, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you contact me 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow me to open up the spot for someone on my wait list. If you can not provide a 48-hour reschedule or cancellation notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Every effort will be made to re-book you (if given more than 48 hours notice), however, there is no guarantee that an appointment will be available at any specific time or date.
